Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., is taking a no-tolerance stance toward “invasion” immigration. On Tuesday, she announced the introduction of her No Immigration Without Assimilation Act.

“This bill is simple: if you hate America, you don’t get to come here or stay here. Period,” she stated in a post on X. Mace decried recent efforts by non-integrated immigrants to expand their previous cultures throughout the United States. “Sharia tribunals have been accused of masquerading as legal courts in Texas. Dearborn, Michigan has been accused of operating under Sharia law. The Muslim call to prayer has been broadcast through the streets of New York City whether residents wanted to hear it or not.”
Mace has been a strong opponent of Islamic Sharia Law entering United States policies as it places controversial religious law above Constitutionally-backed inherent human rights. But that addresses just one of the religious cultures entering the United States that have experienced clashes in recent years. The legislation in question applies to all immigrants equally.
According to the official press release, “Under the legislation, any immigrant who holds views incompatible with the principles of the United States, refuses to assimilate into American culture, or whose presence would be detrimental to American cultural cohesion will be denied entry into this country. Additionally, if an immigrant already inside the United States is found to hold these views, they are deportable. America has every right to protect its culture, its laws, and its people.”
“For too long, we have opened our doors to people who have no respect for our country,” Mace stated in the release. “We are not a dumping ground for the third world. This bill puts America first and we will not apologize for it.”
