President Donald Trump on Tuesday kicked off the first stop of an economic tour in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, and patriots showed up big to support the president, lining up outside in frigid temperatures hours ahead of the Commander-in-Chief’s scheduled remarks.
As seen on RSBN, supporters of President Trump lined up around the venue and down the block before the event, wrapped warmly in thick jackets amid snow-lined streets.
The event, while not necessarily billed as a traditional Trump rally, is the first time the president has gotten back on the traditional rally-style circuit since winning the presidential election last year – and patriots were ready to hear what he had to say.
As President Trump is nearly one full year into his second term in office, Americans are eager to lean into the administration’s focus on affordability as the president works to assuage Biden-era inflationary pressures.
The president’s speech in Mount Pocono is the first in what’s shaping up to be a nationwide tour illustrating his winning agenda so far and his plans to further bolster the U.S. economy.
“The best is definitely yet to come,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, while speaking to “Wake Up America.”
“I know President Trump and myself, the whole team, are very excited to hit the road tonight and go to the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which delivered President Trump a huge victory last November in large part because they entrusted him to fix the economic calamity caused by the Biden administration,” she added.
It’s unclear where the president will visit after Mount Pocono, but Americans can expect to see President Trump on the road more often as the 2026 midterm election season kicks off in just a few weeks.
As reported by RSBN, President Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has vowed that the president will be campaigning hard next year to ensure Republicans maintain their majorities in Congress.
“He’s going to campaign like it’s 2024 again,” Wiles said.
