President Trump posted on Truth Social on Thursday, calling out the pollsters at Fox News for getting it wrong when it comes to the MAGA movement.

“Rupert Murdoch has told me for years that he is going to get rid of his FoxNews, Trump Hating, Fake Pollster, but he has never done so,” Trump said. “This “pollster” has gotten me, and MAGA, wrong for years.”

Trump also criticized The Wall Street Journal for taking an overly optimistic stance towards China.

“Also, and while he’s at it, he should start making changes at the China Loving Wall Street Journal. It sucks!!!” Trump said.

Trump’s post comes in response to a poll released by Fox News on Wednesday, showing that voters are satisfied with the job his administration is doing in securing the border, but are concerned about other issues, such as inflation. The poll reflected positive responses from a 55 percent majority on Trump’s handling of border security. The poll also showed net positive ratings for the administration on immigration, with 48 percent approval and 47 percent disapproval.

The poll showed lower numbers on the economy, with a new low of 38 percent approval and 56 percent disapproval, as well as on inflation, with 33 percent approval and 59 percent disapproval.

Trump’s criticism reflects a history of Fox News polls being off in the past. In a final survey released leading up to the November election, Fox News showed then-Vice President Kamala Harris leading Trump by two percentage points in the swing states of Michigan and Pennsylvania. Trump ultimately revealed the polling to be inaccurate by winning both key states.
