President Donald Trump recently gave a heartfelt and warm thank you to the Floridians who supported him in front of a Miami courthouse on Tuesday.

In a video addressed to the people of Miami, Trump thanked them for showing up at the courthouse and doing so in an elegant and spirited manner. Trump praised those who showed up to what he referred to as a “false and fraudulent indictment” by “corrupt people.”

Trump thanked everyone for their love and support and specifically referenced the Hispanic community, including those from Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua. Trump referred to Miami as a very special place with very special people.

Despite the recent indictment, Trump continues to maintain a large lead over all Republican candidates nationwide.

As reported by The Hill, citing a recent CBS News and YouGov poll, “61 percent of likely GOP voters would vote for Trump in the 2024 Republican primary. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) trailed in second place, garnering 23 percent of the vote.”

The first GOP debate for the primary presidential race will take place on Aug. 23, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is unclear whether Trump will participate in the debate.
