President Donald Trump’s campaign announced a lineup of special guests for his Saturday rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was targeted in an assassination attempt less than three months ago.
Among the guests announced on Friday will be family members of Corey Comperatore, the former fire chief who was fatally shot during the July 13 shooting, and one of the two injured attendees, David Dutch.
Comperatore’s family members will include his wife, Helen Comperatore, his two daughters, Allyson and Kaylee Comperatore, his sister, Kelly Meeder, and her husband, Douglas Meeder, along with their children, and Corey Comperatore’s other sister, Dawn Comperatore-Schaffer.
The event will also include first responders who assisted victims during the Butler event. Dr. Jim Sweetland, Butler rally paramedic Ed Lenz and first responder Ed Shear are listed among the special attendees.
Trump family members expected in attendance will be Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump, who also serves as co-chair of the Republican National Committee.
Several governmental leaders, military representatives and celebrities are also listed among those expected. Some of those included are Trump running mate and Ohio Gov. JD Vance, SpaceX founder Elon Musk, musician Lee Greenwood and a long list of House members, senators and Pennsylvania political leaders.
The event starts at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Saturday at Butler Farm Show Inc. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. Tickets may be requested here.
