PRESIDENTIAL: Trump calls for U.S. strength amid Hamas-Israel warfare

President Donald Trump on Saturday starkly contrasted the Biden administration’s weak-kneed leadership in the face of the horrific Hamas terrorist invasion into Israeli territory, delivering presidential remarks in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Over the weekend, as the overwhelmingly bloody conflict began to unfold in the Middle East, Trump kicked off a doubleheader of campaign events in the great state of Iowa, marking the 100-day countdown to the all-important Iowa caucuses.

President Trump addressed the Hamas-induced carnage in Israel in his first stop of the day at a campaign event in Waterloo, calling it an “act of savagery that must and will be crushed.”

He called on the U.S. to deal with the crisis “powerfully” and stated that the U.S. needed leadership in this moment.

In prepared remarks, Trump additionally called for that savagery to be “CRUSHED and AVENGED,” strongly touting American support for Israel’s struggle to push the terrorist invaders out of their territory.

Trump additionally emphasized during his remarks on Saturday that a big reason why Hamas terrorists had made their move on Israel now was because, just a few weeks ago, the Biden administration gave $6 billion to Iran in a hostage negotiation deal.

He scorched “Crooked Joe Biden” for being a “grossly incompetent and corrupt president.”
