Jan. 6 prisoner Jacob Chansley has reportedly been freed from prison after serving 11 months in solitary confinement and another 16 months of his 41-month sentence, according to the Daily Mail.
Chansley, who was nicknamed the “Qanon Shaman” by mainstream media outlets, was sentenced to 41 months in prison for entering the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021, as reported by RSBN.
Per the Daily Mail’s report, Chansley was released to a halfway house this week and will be officially released back into American society on May 25.
Chansley’s abrupt release comes after anticipated video surveillance footage of the U.S. Capitol from Jan. 6 was released by Fox News host Tucker Carlson, providing expansive evidence that Chansley did not “storm” the U.S. Capitol and act violently.
Per RSBN, Chansley was seen on tape being guided through the Capitol building by police officers who seemed to be peacefully walking him toward the Senate chambers. “…Capitol police never stopped Jacob Chansley – they helped him,” Carlson observed on his show. “They acted as his tour guides.”
Jacob Chansley’s mother, Martha Chansley, told The Gateway Pundit last week that she expected her son to be let out of prison “really soon” in the wake of the shockingly vindicating video surveillance evidence that deconstructed the “violent” narrative set by Democrats and the Jan. 6 Committee.
Per the Daily Mail, Chansley’s attorney, Albert S. Watkins, issued the following statement regarding his client’s release from prison:
“After serving eleven months in solitary prior to his sentence being imposed, and only 16 months of his sentence thereafter, it is appropriate this gentle and intelligent young man be permitted to move forward with the next stage of what undoubtedly will be a law abiding and enriching life.”
