A new report from the New York Post has revealed that President Donald Trump will likely face racketeering charges in Fulton County, Georgia, where District Attorney Fani Willis is set to accuse the 45th president of “influencing witnesses” and alleged “computer trespassing.”

This news caps off a long week of legal attacks on Trump, who revealed that he had been summoned to appear before a grand jury investigating Jan. 6, which he said would eventually mean “an Arrest and Indictment.”

In Georgia, the ongoing probe has been investigating Trump’s phone calls with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger shortly after the November 2020 election.

The president has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. An official statement earlier this year argued the following:

“The President participated in two perfect phone calls regarding election integrity in Georgia, which he is entitled to do – in fact, as President, it was President Trump’s Constitutional duty to ensure election safety, security, and integrity.”

According to the New York Post, this potential racketeering charge could be set to become Trump’s fourth indictment of 2023.

President Donald Trump is facing 34 felony counts in a Manhattan criminal court related to alleged “falsifying” business records. He is facing another 37 counts in a federal investigation regarding supposedly “classified” documents that were taken by the FBI from his private home, Mar-a-Lago. In that case, the trial date has been set for May 20, 2024.
