Republicans destroyed the two-tiered system of justice in America on Tuesday morning as news broke that Hunter Biden, the son of Joe Biden, is set to plead guilty to three misdemeanor charges, despite mountains of unsavory evidence of misdeeds uncovered on his infamous laptop.

Meanwhile, President Trump is facing felony charges in Manhattan (34 charges) and in Miami (37 charges) in relation to two separate cases, with a third Fulton County, Georgia, case potentially on the horizon.

Hunter Biden will reportedly plead guilty to two counts of misdemeanor tax crimes and one gun charge, RSBN reported.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., a staunch Trump ally, reacted on Twitter: “Hunter Biden pleading guilty to a gun charge and misdemeanor tax charges with no jail time is a stunt to make him look like he is just cooperating with the DOJ…We are controlled by COMMUNISTS!”

MAGA spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt added, “As President Trump predicted, Biden’s Justice Department is cutting a sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden in order to make their bogus case to ‘Get Trump’ appear fair. Meanwhile, Biden’s DOJ continues to turn a blind eye to the Biden family’s extensive corruption and bribery scheme.”

Joe Biden and his family have been the subject of an extensive and ongoing investigation into an alleged bribery scheme under the watchful eye of the House Oversight Committee.

“Hunter Biden is getting away with a slap on the wrist when growing evidence uncovered by the House Oversight Committee reveals the Bidens engaged in a pattern of corruption, influence peddling, and possibly bribery,” Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., stated on Tuesday.

Comer is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee.

Trump-endorsed Wyoming Rep. Harriet Hageman (R), who ousted “RINO” Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., in last year’s midterm elections, said, “If Hunter Biden isn’t pleading guilty to charges relating to bribery from a foreign power, today’s guilty plea is a slap in the face to the rule of law in our country. The two tiered justice system needs to end. The ‘elites’ in DC should never be above the law.”

Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec reacted on social media to Hunter’s reported upcoming plea deal, noting, “100 year charges for Trump over paperwork filing, a plea deal for Hunter over the laptop[.] Are you paying attention yet?”

He added, “They want Trump to die in prison[.] They want the Bidens off the hook[.] It isn’t hypocrisy, it’s hierarchy[.] They don’t expect you to buy it, they expect you to do nothing[.]”

Conservative commentator and fiancée to Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, additionally posited, “The Biden DOJ is trying to send Donald Trump to prison for the rest of his life over a documents dispute. But they are giving Hunter Biden a sweetheart deal to keep him out of jail We have a two-tiered justice system in America!”
