Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, released the FBI’s unclassified FD-1023 form in connection to the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into the alleged Biden family crimes Thursday.

According to the Washington Examiner, FD-1023 forms record confidential sources’ “raw, unverified” information for the FBI.

The four-page document details how Oleksander Ostapenko arranged for Burisma officials and the informant known as “CHS” to meet.

It states, “CHS and Ostapenko traveled to Ukraine and went to Burisma’s office that was located 20 minutes away from the City Center. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Burisma’s interest in purchasing US-based oil and gas business for purposes of merging it with Burisma for purposes of conducting an IPO in the US. Burisma was willing to purchase a US-based entity for $20-$30 million. “

In the document, it is noted that Vadim Pojarskii, Burisma’s CFO, “hired Hunter Biden to ‘protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems.’”

When CHS asked why this was needed although Biden was already on the board, Pojarskii noted “that Hunter Biden was not smart and they wanted to get additional counsel.”

Then, Joe Biden publicly condemned Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin for corruption two months later. This caused CHS to discuss concerns that the deal will face scrutiny with Burisma CEO’s daughter Karina Zlochevsky.

Zlochevsky is noted to have replied, “something to the effect of ‘Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all those issues through his dad.’”

They allegedly discussed Shokin’s investigation into Burisma and Zlochevsky admitted that “he/Burisma would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma was innocent.”

It was also noted that “It cost $5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.”

Zlochevsky then supposedly noted the need “to keep Hunter (on the board) ‘so everything will be okay.’”

The document claims that he admitted that both Joe Biden and Hunter Biden had told him to “retain Hunter Biden” and that concerns about the investigation aren’t necessary because “this thing will go away.”

CHS described how they advised that buying a US business was a bad idea and wanted no connection with the Bidens, but Zlochevsky said, “it’s too late to change his decision.”

After President Trump won the 2016 election, CHS held a conference call with Ostapenko and Zlochevsky. Zlochevsky admitted he was unhappy with the election results and noted that he no longer wished to pay the Biden family but was being “pushed to pay” them.

CHS noted in the documents that Zlochevsky used the Russian term “poluchili” which means “Got it” or “received it” but is slang for “forced or coerced to pay,” according to Grassley’s website.

Within the document, CHS also stated that there was no other contact until 2019 when they met with Ostapenko and they called Zlochevsky. Zlochevsky allegedly asked them about the investigations into Biden and Burisma.

CHS then mentioned that Zlochevsky “might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers that may evidence any (elicit) payments to the Bidens.”

It is also detailed how Zlochevsky told CHS that he never received direct payments from the “Big Guy” and that “it would take them (investigators) 10 years to find the records.”

The document has an account from CHS which claims that Zlochevsky, “has many text messages and ‘recordings’ that show he was coerced to make such payments.”

The claim lists a total of 17 recordings, two of which allegedly included Joe Biden.

Grassley followed up on his release of the information by posting a video to Twitter in which he stated, “Now it’s up to the FBI to tell us what they’ve done in regard to this.”
