A disturbing report from The Oversight Project was released Monday in a multi-post thread on X.

The investigative arm of the Heritage Foundation shared video evidence of flyers that reminded illegal immigrants to “vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open.”

The flyers, discovered by Muckraker, were reportedly found “throughout the Resource Center Matamoras (RCM) location including on the walls of port-a-potties,” as shown in the video footage shared by The Oversight Project.

RCM, a non-governmental organization, self-describes “as an operation which houses functions for Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS),” which aids illegal immigrants to come into the United States.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas once sat on the board of HIAS, which has received several grants from George Soros’s Open Society Foundation, according to The Oversight Project.

RCM is also associated with several non-profits funded by Soros, including Save the Children, which has “received over $650,000 from the Open Society Foundation.

Judicial Watch obtained documents that showed Mayorkas “recently met with some of these” Soros-funded entities, “including Angry Tias and Abuelas.”

The Oversight Project pointed out that RCM was sponsored by the Asylum Seeker Network of Support (ASNS), which was a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Texas until 2022. RCM’s founder, Gaby Zavala previously worked as an organizer for La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE), which partnered with the Open Society Foundation, according to documents listed on the LUPE website.

The Oversight Project warned, “You do not need documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote. You can vote if you simply swear you are eligible.”

Additionally, The Oversight Project wrote, “This flyer obviously seeks to prey on unsophisticated illegals and encourages them to illegally vote.”
