President Donald Trump joined many conservatives who mocked Vice President Kamala Harris over her latest effort to call voters to “move past failed policies” under her own administration.

Trump posted a video clip from her policy speech at The Economic Club of Pittsburgh on Wednesday to his Truth Social account with the words, “So true!”

“When the middle class is strong. America is strong. And we can build a stronger middle class,” Harris said.

“The American economy– is the most powerful force for innovation and wealth creation in human history. We just need to move past the failed policies that we have proven don’t work. And like generations before us, let us be inspired by what is possible,” she added.

Other conservatives were also quick to point out the contradictory position from Harris.

“You’re right,” Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas, also wrote on X. “The American people are sick and tired of the Harris-Biden Administration’s failed policies. November can’t come soon enough!”

Steve Cortes, a 2020 Trump advisor, added, “Acceptance is the first step.”

The Trump campaign also released a statement featuring the Harris video that simply read, “We couldn’t agree more.”

In a separate statement, the Trump campaign also criticized Harris for a speech that “offered zero specifics, zero vision, and zero solutions to the economic calamity she has unleashed over the past four years.”

It added, “While her speech was heavy on meaningless word salad, Kamala didn’t outline a single new proposal or initiative. Instead, she lied about President Trump’s record and gaslit Americans on the Radical Left lunacy she will enact if she wins in November.”

The statement also noted that “Harris-Biden “created” just 184,000 manufacturing jobs during their first 38 months in office; President Trump created 414,000 manufacturing jobs over the same period.”

A more accurate number that excluded post-pandemic job returns and massive downward revisions, the Biden-Harris administration “created” just 32,000 manufacturing jobs.

The statement also criticized Harris for not acting over the past three and a half years to help improve economic policies while serving in the White House as vice president.

“More Americans than ever live paycheck-to-paycheck under Kamala — so why hasn’t she done that already?” the statement asked.
