Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is setting her sights on the highest court in the state after the Arizona Appellate Court affirmed the superior court’s decision to confirm Democrat Katie Hobbs as the state’s governor.

Lake has previously filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County election officials and former Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, presenting evidence of widespread election irregularities and problems on Election Day in November 2022, therefore challenging the legitimacy of the gubernatorial election results.

As reported by RSBN, the case headed to the Arizona Appellate Court, where it was heard in early February. On Thursday, the court reaffirmed the Superior Court’s decision to allow Hobbs to remain governor, despite the avalanche of evidence presented in Lake’s lawsuit that cited disastrous tabulator problems, voting machine issues, and questionable ballots that plagued the 2022 midterm elections.

Lake wrote on Twitter: “I told you we would take this case all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court, and that’s exactly what we are going to do. Buckle up, America!”

She retweeted a comment from Jonathan Strickland that read, “Rarely does a politician follow through with promises. So thankful @KariLake is a different breed. She promised to fight for election integrity all the way to the Supreme Court, and now she is. Thank you!”

Lake remarked, “Get ready.”

She also shared an inspiring clip from the movie, “The Patriot,” which starred Mel Gibson, featuring the lead character riding across an open field with a tattered American flag. “Onward, Patriots!” Lake captioned the clip.

Lake has been a relentless advocate for election security since the beginning of her campaign and has garnered a huge amount of media attention. She recently held two events in Iowa, drawing massive crowds and subsequently raising her national profile even further.

Lake affirmed that she would not give up her battle for election integrity in the Grand Canyon State in a tweet that replied to Tracy Beanz, who wrote, “I don’t want to be presumptuous, but Ms. Lake isn’t finished.”

Lake replied, “You’re right. We are NOT finished.”
