The police investigated a “suspicious device” that was found outside the Miami courthouse where President Donald Trump is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon, multiple sources are reporting.
Andy Ngo further revealed on Twitter that law enforcement sent a bomb squad to “investigate an ‘unknown object’ that appears to be a flat screen television.”
This news comes just hours before the 45th president is set to appear in court to be arraigned on 37 counts related to “mishandling” allegedly classified material after he left the White House in 2021.
However, despite rising tensions regarding the situation, Ngo added that the television set appeared to be from a television set that had been plastered with the message, “F*** the communist controlled media.”
While the threat appeared to be neutralized, Jack Posobiec slammed Miami Mayor Francis Suarez for failing to provide adequate security measures ahead of Trump’s arraignment on Tuesday afternoon.
“FUNKING DISGRACE[,]” he wrote on Twitter. “When we went to New York, the NYPD had barricades set up well in advance to separate the groups[.] In Miami there are no barricades at all The Miami Mayor has already failed. He should be removed from office[.]”
Trump attorney Christina Bobb additionally shared a video from outside the courthouse on Tuesday morning, showing crowds of pro-Trump protestors and throngs of media gathered together, hoping to catch a glimpse of the president at 3:00 p.m. ET when he rolls up to the courthouse.
The National Pulse reported that the area around the courthouse was cleared for the bomb threat and then opened up again in roughly half an hour for press and media.
