Texas judge BLOCKS vaccine mandate for federal workers

In yet another stunning defeat for the Biden administration, a Texas federal judge blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal workers on Friday, handing another victory to proponents of medical freedom everywhere.

The presiding federal judge, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown, was appointed by President Trump during his presidency, and stated that the case was about, “whether the President can, with the stroke of a pen and without the input of Congress, require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment,” according to his statement shared on The Hill.

For Biden and his administration, his attempts to implement nationwide vaccine mandates have so far mostly failed. In January, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) struck down one of Biden’s federal vaccine mandates for employers who had 100 or more employees, setting a strong legal precedent that freedom of choice in America is indispensable.

Further, it appears that President Trump’s appointment of Justice Brown has paid off for freedom-loving Americans. Prior to this ruling, Rep. Matt Schaefer, R-Texas, pointed out in a tweet that the Lone Star State needed to act to protect liberty and individual freedom: “How small are we if Texas doesn’t act in the face of ‘take the vaccine or lose your job’ federal mandates? A breathtaking incursion into personal liberty w/profound consequences. Texas must act!”

For Texans, under the leadership of strong Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, this is yet another victory against Biden’s restrictive vaccine policies. In October 2021, Gov. Abbott banned any entity in the state of Texas from requiring vaccinations for employees or customers, according to a previous report from RSBN.

In light of Biden’s inability to implement a federal vaccine mandate, which has threatened the job security of many Americans and already destroyed countless more, it looks like the medical fascism of his administration is slowly circling the drain. However, the Department of Justice has stated, according to a report from Newsmax, that they will appeal the court’s decision.
