High-profile Democrat politicians are now facing serious scrutiny over connections to Jeffrey Epstein.
As the House moved forward to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act on Tuesday, Rep. Stacey Plaskett, US-VI, narrowly escaped being censured for “inappropriate coordination with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,” via Fox News. Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., introduced the resolution due to Plaskett’s text exchange during a 2019 hearing regarding President Donald Trump and his business dealings and the 2016 election.
The House Oversight Committee posted to X about Plaskett’s behavior, stating, “It’s a good day for Democrats to condemn Stacey Plaskett, who was TEXTING Jeffrey Epstein from a congressional hearing seeking advice on questioning a discredited witness with a vendetta against Trump.”
Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., is also in the hot seat regarding his ties to Epstein. An email has surfaced displaying a donation request from Jeffries to Epstein during his 2013 political campaign.
According to the New York Post, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., accused Jeffries of “soliciting money from Jeffrey Epstein,” and extending an invitation to meet the politician. This reportedly came five years after Epstein became a convicted sex offender.
Lastly, Bill and Hillary Clinton were originally subpoenaed to testify in the ongoing Epstein case by October, but negotiated to delay testimony, per the New York Post.
Scrutiny regarding the Clintons’ connection to Epstein grew especially tense after a large painting of the 42nd president wearing a dress and high heels was discovered at Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse in 2019, via the New York Post.

Comer has promised to give the Clintons the Bannon treatment if they refuse to testify. During an interview on the Just the News, No Noise show, he stated, “We expect the Clintons to come in, or I expect the Clintons to be met with the same fate that (Steve) Bannon and (Peter) Navarro were met with when the Democrats were in control.”
Both Bannon and Navarro served time in jail for failing to testify before Democrats in Congress. Now that Republicans control the House and the Senate, justice can be served against politicians who seek to undermine the rule of law, especially Democrats who have thus far avoided legal consequences.
