Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show” alternative to the NFL’s traditional Super Bowl halftime performance appears to be breaking records left and right, as the newest livestream numbers have shown that the event amassed tens of millions of total viewers.

The livestream on YouTube alone appeared to accrue more than 6.17 million concurrent viewers on Sunday at its highest moment, with Post Millennial reporting that this could make it the highest concurrent livestream numbers in the U.S. for that platform, with potentially the second-highest all-time concurrent livestream viewers.

This feat is impressive for the TPUSA event, which only began to be planned a few months before the Super Bowl. According to early estimates from TPUSA Spokesman Andrew Kolvet, an estimated 35 million viewers had watched the alternative halftime performance as of Monday morning, which factors in concurrent viewers across multiple channels (10 million) as well as views on social media (25 million).

Later on Monday, Mr. Kolvet remarked on “War Room” that there may have been as many as 40 to 50 million people tuning into the “All-American Halftime Show” across the board.

This number is not confirmed. It represents a rough estimate when looking at the viewership from several major streaming platforms and likely counting the accruing streams as people continue to watch on Monday, based on Kolvet’s comments. The estimates appear to be in flux.

Kolvet explained, “It’s going to be an estimate, but we’re talking, 40, 50 million people tuned into the Turning Point USA’s ‘The All American Halftime Show’…this is a shot across the bow, Steve. There are media executives, advertising executives all across the country that took note last night, and some of them are pretty nervous this morning.”

As reported by RSBN, TPUSA’s show featured Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett. Their performances provided alternative entertainment to the NFL’s halftime performance, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, who has a history of anti-ICE rhetoric and who, on Sunday, performed his songs in Spanish.
