President Trump’s approval rating continues to grow amidst the Epstein drama, while voter disapproval of congressional Democrats hits 72 percent.
This week, President Trump has been dealing with nonstop backlash from some Republicans over complaints about the Epstein files online. ABC News reported that President Trump has been dismissing calls within the Republican party for transparency. In a lengthy post on Truth Social, President Trump revealed what this Epstein case really is: a new scam. He wrote, “Scams and Hoaxes are all the Democrats are good at – It’s all they have,” and added, “Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker.”
This isn’t the first time that President Trump has had to contend with the radical left and likely not the last as they resort to desperate tactics to discredit him. Despite the internal backlash from some Republicans, President Trump’s approval ratings continue to rise, surprising CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten. Breitbart reported that two separate polls from CNN and Quinnipiac clearly show that Republican approval ratings are at a high. According to Breitbart, Enten admitted, “You might think his approval ratings were going down with Republicans—if anything, they’re going up.”
Breitbart reported that the CNN poll saw President Trump’s approval rating grow from 86 percent in the previous poll to 88 percent this week. Quinnipiac saw a jump from 87 percent to 90 percent. In fact, Enten said that the reason President Trump’s approval rating has not suffered is because the Epstein files are not high on most Americans’ priority list. High on the list is congressional Democrats, and voters are not happy.
Fox News reported that a Quinnipiac poll revealed that just 19 percent of voters approved of how Democrats in Congress are handling their duties. According to Fox News, polling analyst Tim Malloy said, “The approval numbers for Democrats can be characterized as flat out terrible.”
The 72 percent disapproval rating is just one of the many historical lows in Democratic approval ratings, while President Trump’s approval stays strong.
