President Trump’s indictment has many inconsistencies. From Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s questionable political bias to his mishandling of the situation, the legality of his current crusade is being called into question once more after a leak revealed that 30 to 34 counts are being brought against President Trump.

Trump’s lawyer, Alina Habba discussed this on CNN on Monday morning, according to Real Clear Politics. She noted that Bragg is the real criminal in this case due to the fact that his decision to leak the number of charges alone is a felony.

In response, President Trump posted about the situation on Truth Social. He stated, “District attorney Bragg just illegally leaked the various points, and complete information, on the indictment against me.”

He then demanded, “This means that he MUST BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED.”

A few minutes later President Trump also asserted his innocence, and then said, “Bragg should resign, NOW!”
