President Donald Trump came out swinging on Friday night in the great state of Minnesota, announcing a massive play for the traditionally Democrat state in a critical 2024 presidential election season.
The president delivered remarks at the Minnesota GOP Dinner on Friday evening, just hours after watching his youngest son, Barron Trump, graduate from High School in Palm Beach, Florida.
Trump took the stage to massive chants of “TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!”
He opened his remarks by noting that he had “won” Minnesota in 2020, and added that in 2024, the issue wasn’t about having enough votes. Rather, it was about something making sure the election was fair. “We’ve got to WATCH THOSE VOTES!” he said.
President Trump said that the patriots in America had to “STOP THE STEAL” and added that he was “thrilled to be back in the Twin Cities” and address the “hardworking patriots from the heartland of America.”
He then announced an “official expansion of the electoral map,” signaling that his campaign would be making a heavy play for the blue state of Minnesota, where he has been performing exceptionally well in the polls against Joe Biden.
“He can’t talk, he can’t walk, he can’t find his way off a stage, can’t put two sentences together,” he commented. “…He HAS agreed to debate, so maybe they know something…He’s going to be so jacked up for those debates, you watch!”
