President Donald Trump called for Vice President Kamala Harris be impeached, prosecuted or both the nation’s growing migrant crime crisis.
Trump shared the strong words in a post on his Truth Social account on Sunday.
“What Comrade Kamala Harris has done to our Country at the Border by allowing 13,099 murderers to roam openly, and be free to kill, is The Crime of the Century. They have already killed many people, and this is just the beginning. She should be IMPEACHED, PROSECUTED, or BOTH!” he wrote.
The 45th president also blasted mainstream media outlets that have largely ignored Friday’s report by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that included that 13,099 recent illegal immigrants have been allowed into the U.S. who have recent homicide convictions.
“But the incredible thing is that the Fake News Media does everything possible not to pick this story up. 13,099 MURDERERS are on the loose in our Country because of Kamala Harris, and they just don’t want to report it!” Trump continued.
“The Fake News is helping Kamala to destroy our Country. They are TOTALLY CORRUPT – You just can’t find worse, or less patriotic people. We need an honest Media to guard our Country,” he added.
Trump reiterated his concerns over migrant crime during his remarks at a Sunday rally in Erie, Pennsylvania.
“I just say this to all rapists, drug dealers, human traffickers, and murderers, welcome to America. It is important that you send a thank you note to lyin’ Kamala Harris, because without her, you would not be here,” he stated.
“This is an invasion, and these people are mean, tough,” Trump said. “Last week, a lot of people came in from the Congo, a big prison in the Congo, in Africa. Welcome to the United States. They came in from the Congo. They come in from South America. They come in from Asia. They come in from all over the world. They come in from all over the world, the Middle East. You got to see from Yemen, they’re coming in.”
ICE also reported on Friday that nearly 700,000 migrant criminals in the U.S. The report was released on the same day Harris visited the southern border to announce her plans concerning immigration after nearly four years in office as vice president.
