President Donald Trump’s campaign released a shocking review of the economic turmoil Americans have endured under Vice President Kamala Harris’ leadership.

In the Sunday press release entitled “#BringBackTrump For Economic Prosperity,” the 45th president’s team wrote, “On the economy (and everything else), the record shows Americans were better off under President Trump.”

The statement argued that “the proof is in the numbers,” noting that “There couldn’t be more of a difference between the economic records of President Donald J. Trump and Kamala Harris.”

First was Harris’ mishandling of manufacturing, with the statement detailing the loss of 46,000 manufacturing jobs last month and 85,000 in the last six months. Since Harris has taken office, the United States has seen 22,000 manufacturing jobs lost “when taking into account jobs added back post-pandemic and massive downward revisions,” according to the statement.

Trump created 414,000 manufacturing jobs during the first 38 months of his term.

The Trump team emphasized how on average nationwide, “regular gas never rose above $3/gallon,” yet since Harris took office, “gas has been above $3/gallon for 1,271 days in a row – or 92% of her time in office.”

The average gas price during Trump’s presidency was $2.48/gallon, while the average under Harris has been $3.49/gallon.

Additionally, all 50 states have hit record highs in gas prices under Harris, according to the statement.

The Trump team detailed the 10.5 percent boost in the household incomes of Americans during his presidency, which included a 9.2 percent increase for black Americans, 11.7 percent for Hispanic Americans, 14.4 percent for Asian Americans and a 10.8 percent increase for white Americans.

The percent increase overall was seven times larger for all Americans compared to household income under Harris.

The statement compared average earnings during the Trump administration to those of Harris and pointed out that average weekly earnings have increased by 8.2 percent under Trump but have declined by 3.4 percent under Harris.

Americans were also saving more money during Trump’s presidency. Savings accounts increased by 14 percent during Trump’s presidency but fell by 16.4 percent under Harris, according to the statement.

On top of all of that, mortgage rates and credit card debt have skyrocketed, and more Americans are still living in poverty under Harris.
