The Trump-Vance campaign and authorized committees raised over $160 million in September, according to a campaign press release.
The statement noted that 96 percent of the donations were under $200, with an average donation of $60 from the hardworking people of America.
“President Trump continues to inspire millions of everyday Americans to join his America First movement and help fuel the campaign with their hard-earned money. In September, nearly 2.5 million donations under $200 were made,” said Brian Hughes, a Trump campaign senior advisor.
“These supporters have allowed us to bank the funds we need as we move into the campaign’s final weeks. Our momentum continues to grow from supporters and donors across the country as we enter the homestretch toward victory,” he added.
The campaign and authorized committees also noted ending September with $283 million cash on hand to ensure the resources needed “to propel President Trump’s campaign to victory.”
The September totals exceeded August fundraising as the campaign nears its final weeks. The Trump campaign and related committees raised $130 million in August, with 98 percent of donations under $200.
“With Republicans united and a growing number of Independents and disaffected Democrats crossing partisan lines, the Trump-Vance campaign has momentum for the final stretch of the race,” Hughes stated with the August update.
“These fundraising numbers from August are a reflection of that movement and will propel President Trump’s America First movement back to the White House so we can undo the terrible failures of Harris and Biden,” he continued.
In addition to his own fundraising, a Trump-authorized fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Helene has raised nearly $5 million since its launch on Monday.
“With so many across the Southeastern U.S. facing challenges after the storm, President Trump is on the ground in communities to see the aftermath firsthand,” the page stated.
“All donations will be directed to help those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of generosity will go a long way for your fellow Americans who are suffering,” it added.
Over 29,400 people have donated to the hurricane fundraiser, including UFC President Dana White, rock star Kid Rock and Bass Pro Shops.
