President Donald Trump’s arrest in Fulton County, Georgia, last week shook the foundations of justice in America with the public release of his mugshot, marking the first time that a former president has ever taken one.

According to Politico, the Trump campaign has raised $7.1 million in the wake of the mugshot’s release, with $4.18 million of that money raised within the first 24 hours after the mugshot went public.

Almost immediately after the mugshot was released, the Trump campaign began selling merchandise featuring the now-famous photo, utilizing it to sell items like shirts, coffee cups, beverage coolers, and stickers.

Per Politico, the president’s 24-hour fundraising period following the release of his mugshot on Thursday night ($4.18 million) shattered all the campaign’s previous records for single-day fundraising.

Additionally, Trump is dominating nationwide with Republican voters and general election voters as the indictments and charges keep coming.

In data from a post-arrest survey conducted by Emerson College (Aug. 25-26), President Donald Trump is leading the 2024 GOP presidential primary nomination race with 50 percent of Republican support. Their poll also shows Trump beating Biden in the general election by at least two points.

Via Cygnal, President Trump also walked away from the first Republican presidential primary debate last week as the victor, despite taking a pass on attending the event. Their survey showed Trump with a 27-point lead among primary voters over runner-up and young presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, who scored 15 percent of support.

The president commented on Monday morning that Joe Biden was stoking “division, anger, and hatred” by “Indicting his Political Opponent, who is leading him in the polls, all for the sake of Election Interference” while simultaneous House investigations were being aimed at the Biden family.

Trump remarked, “It will only get worse because these deranged lunatics know no bounds. Someday, however, Sanity will again prevail. MAGA!”
