Trump confirms $175 million bond payment, SLAMS release of migrant criminals from jail during Michigan speech

President Trump spoke to a crowd in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Tuesday, where he discussed the rampant, violent migrant crime that has increased in recent months as a result of Biden’s border crisis. He pointed out that the criminals were often let out of jail without having to post bond.

He scoffed at the treatment the illegal migrant criminals receive in comparison to how he has been treated by the justice system. He told the crowd that he was “the only one to has to put up a bond, you know, I put up a bond, I didn’t do anything wrong. I had to put up a bond this morning for 175 million dollars, I did nothing wrong. They can shoot somebody, kill somebody, and walk out of jail an hour later.”

He asked the crowd, “How about that, you think that’s a fair policy? That’s called radical left.”

Last week, a New York appeals court slashed Trump’s bond payment for Judge Arthur Engoron’s ruling from $454 million to $175 million and gave him 10 extra days to pay it. He said at the time that he would make the payment while also appealing the judgment. He made good on his word a couple days early.
