President Trump had a busy weekend of campaigning over the past few days, kicking things off with a rally in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Friday and ending the campaign trip at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with California’s law enforcement officers.
On Friday, the president delivered anticipated remarks at a signature Make America Great Again rally in Iowa, where countless patriots braved the rain and waited in long lines through the streets to show their support for Trump’s 2024 campaign bid.
In his speech, Trump emphasized the importance of Iowa agriculture and ethanol production.
He declared, “I am proud to be the most pro-farmer president that you’ve ever had in the White House. We did more for American agriculture than any administration in history, by far.”
On Saturday, Trump made an appearance at UFC 290 in Las Vegas, where he was greeted in the arena like a rockstar by thousands of fans.
Over the weekend, countless videos emerged on social media showing the president chatting with high-profile celebrities ranging from Dana White and Food Network personality Guy Fieri to actors Mark Wahlberg and Mel Gibson.
The president preceded his appearance at the UFC fight by delivering remarks at a 2024 Nevada volunteer recruitment event on Saturday afternoon.
During his speech, he touched on the corruption of the Biden regime, calling Joe Biden “incompetent” and speaking about the ongoing investigations into the Biden family. “He’s totally compromised,” Trump said.
On Sunday, President Trump met with law enforcement officers in California at LAX, taking photos and shaking hands in front of his famed Boeing 757, Trump Force One.
Trump wrote of the meeting on Truth Social, “A great day in California. THANK YOU to all of the incredible Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, and Emergency Medical Services Personnel all across America. We are GRATEFUL for everything you do!”
