President Donald Trump ripped Democrats Monday on Truth Social for “cheating” in the 2024 election by bringing “bogus lawsuits” against him.
Trump took to Truth Social in the early morning to call out the “Radical Left” Democrats who have either helped or brought on the onslaught of charges against him before the 2024 presidential election.
“The Radical Left Democrats are already cheating on the 2024 Presidential Election by bringing, or helping to bring, all of these bogus lawsuits against me, thereby forcing me to sit in courthouses, and spend money that could be used for campaigning, instead of being out in the field knocking Crooked Joe Biden, the WORST President in the History of the United States. Election Interference!” Trump stated.
Last year, Trump received four indictments against him, which totaled 91 felony counts that accused him of election interference, mishandling classified documents, and falsifying business records, according to the Associated Press.
On top of the indictments, Trump additionally received a hit civilly after New York Attorney General Letitia James accused the 45th president that his companies had engaged in a scheme to dupe banks for years.
As many Republicans defended the 45th president against the allegations brought forward, many Democrats celebrated. During a July 2023 series of interviews with the New York Times, 60 Democrat Congress lawmakers, state legislators, liberal activists, and party officials agreed that the consensus around Trump’s criminal charges was “deserved.”
While some claimed to worry about the impact that the charges could have on the country, others appeared to celebrate, according to the NYT. During the 2023 Wisconsin Democratic Party’s annual convention in Green Bay, Democrat Rep. Mark Pocan celebrated the legal charges in a speech.
“Indictments, like impeachments, apparently come in pairs for crooked ex-presidents. Happy indictment weekend, my friends,” Pocan stated.
In his latest court trial, Trump appeared Monday in Manhattan as the trial for allegedly falsifying business records to pay porn star Stormy Daniels in “hush money” led by District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
