President Donald Trump pulled off a major flex on Saturday night in New Hampshire, demonstrating his support in the Granite State ahead of next Tuesday’s primary election.
The president took a massive swing at former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who is running against him in the GOP presidential primary. He brought a slate of South Carolina Republican leaders onstage at his rally, including the Republican Gov. of the Palmetto State, Henry McMasters.
“We need to send real unity as a message,” Trump said. “You know, with REAL unity, they won’t be able to cheat.”
President Trump not only elevated the overwhelming support among South Carolina right under Nikki Haley’s nose on Saturday, but he also laid out the “toxic positions” that she and fading GOP presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) have taken in the past.
- Haley wants to raise the Social Security age to “max life expectancy, which means she wants it to go up to about 77,”
- DeSantis also supported the concept of raising the retirement age to 70,
- Haley “also supported RINO Paul Ryan’s 2011 plan” to destroy Medicare,
- Trump said that both Haley and DeSantis both support a 23 percent national sales tax,
- Haley, he pointed out is “backed by the Deep State and the military-industrial complex,” labeling her as a globalist.
“In short, if you want a losing candidate who puts AMERICA LAST, vote for either one of them, Nikki Haley or Ron DeSantis,” he concluded.
