President Donald Trump declared Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka a “STAR” and warned against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s support for Republican incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski.

The 45th president has campaigned against Murkowski and encouraged voters to remove her from office after she voted to impeach him. On top of siding with the Jan. 6 Committee, the Republican senator has frequently compromised with the Biden administration’s liberal agenda.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump explained, “Kelly Tshibaka is a STAR for Alaska, which is trying to get rid of one of the WORST Senators in existence, Lisa Murkowsky.”

Despite that Trump-endorsed Tshibaka leads Murkowski in the polls, McConnell has used Republican funds to aid Murkowski’s campaign. McConnell’s opposition to Trump’s endorsed candidate in Alaska has led the 45th president to repeatedly clash with the Senate minority leader throughout the midterm election cycle.

Trump said, ‘The Old Broken Crow, Mitch McConnell, a puppet for China along with his ‘wife’ Coco Chow, is pouring millions into the State so that his political Hack, ‘Impeacher’ Lisa Murkowski, can sneak out a victory under corrupt Rank Choice voting.”

The midterm race in Alaska is unique because the race features two Republican candidates and one Democrat candidate, with one of the two Republican candidates easily expected to win, according to Fox News. In 2020, a ballot measure was approved that paved the way for ranked-choice voting, rather than the traditional primary system used in other states across the nation, the outlet reported.

Earlier this month, a super PAC supported by Mitch McConnell released advertisements that attacked the character and reputation of Tshibaka, prompting Trump to respond by criticizing McConnell for “authorizing $9 Million Dollars to be spent in order to beat a great Republican.”

Rather than using crucial Republican funds to aid Murkowski’s campaign, Trump once again said, “Shady Mitch should use that money for other R’s.”

“VOTE KELLY!” he concluded.
