President Trump gave Fox News host Tucker Carlson an interview on his recent arraignment and described the scene he experienced.
On Tuesday night, he opened up about the situation and admitted, “They were incredible. When I went to the courthouse which is also a prison, in a sense, they signed me in and I’ll tell you people were crying.”
He explained how the people working there put away criminals and so, witnessing the historic event of indicting an American president was very emotional.

In addition, the Manhattan DA heading the case, Alvin Bragg, is now under investigation himself. The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing next week to examine Bragg’s policies and their correlation to New York’s rising crime rates.
President Trump spoke candidly about this controversial arraignment and the kindness of the courthouse workers who witnessed the event firsthand. He said, “They were actually crying. They said ‘I’m sorry.’”
