Trump was projected on Tuesday night to win the Colorado state GOP primary, marking an integral and meaningful win for him in a state where he was, until just yesterday, “disqualified” from the ballot by the state Supreme Court.

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court reversed Colorado’s decision, finding that states did not have the right to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as it pertained to federal office, as previously reported by RSBN.

Such a massive win at the Supreme Court garnered the attention of the entire nation just one day before Super Tuesday’s anticipated lineup of GOP primary elections, perhaps making his win in Colorado all the sweeter.

According to projections from Decision Desk HQ, Trump was projected to win the state early in the evening. At 9:09 p.m. ET, they projected Trump as the winner with 58.1 percent of the vote compared to former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s 38.3 percent.

The president’s win on Tuesday in the Centennial State was one of several preceding projected victories in the multi-state contest, where Trump rocketed to dominance in places like Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Maine.
