President Trump took an early and steady lead in the New Hampshire Republican primary on Tuesday evening, as results began to roll in through different outlets in the media.

With just a few precincts reporting, Cook Political Report Senior Editor Dave Wasserman declared, “I’ve seen enough: Donald Trump (R) wins the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary, defeating Nikki Haley (R).”

With nine percent of precincts reporting, Decision Desk noted that Trump had taken a nine-point lead in the race, broadening the gap between himself and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who is the only GOP challenger left to challenge him.

Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., even went so far as to issue an official statement congratulation Trump on what she called a “Historic New Hampshire Primary Victory,” describing it as “monumental” and declaring that it was an “overwhelming” rejection of Haley as a candidate.

Gavin Mario Wax, the president of the New York Young Republicans Club, noted on X that the race was not “close,” as some people may have been reporting. He wrote, “This is not a ‘neck and neck’ race. President Trump is pushing into the mid to high 50s.”

Another pro-Trump account famous for posting memes and MAGA content, “Johnny maga” also urged Republican voters stay in line at New Hampshire polling places. He wrote, “If you’re a Trump voter in New Hampshire: DON’T GET OUT OF LINE[.] They want you going home so Haley’s early votes make this a tight race[.]”
