President Donald Trump teased supporters on Thursday ahead of an upcoming Save America rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona. “Big rally in Arizona Friday evening,” he wrote in a statement shared to Truth Social. “See you there!”

The rally, which will support GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters, and Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh, was originally slated to take place on July 16. However, the 45th president postponed the rally following the passing of his first wife, Ivana Trump, last week.

“Out of love and respect for Ivana,” Trump stated, “our Big Arizona Rally will be postponed until next Friday.”

The rally will also lend support to State Rep. Mark Finchem, who is running for Secretary of State of Arizona. Featured speakers include Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, Chairwoman of the Republican Party of Arizona Kelli Ward, and Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow.

Trump-endorsed candidates in Arizona have surged in the polls ahead of the rapidly approaching August primary election. Kari Lake has been a popular choice for GOP voters in Arizona, with a new Cygnal poll projecting her victory against her Republican opponent, Karrin Taylor Robson, with the lion’s share of 40.3 percent of Arizonan’s vote.
