President Donald Trump teased supporters on Friday ahead of his Save America rally in Florence, South Carolina, promising to honor America First congressional candidates.
“Will be honoring Katie Arrington, who is running against the absolutely horrendous Nancy Mace, and Russell Fry, who is likewise running against ‘doesn’t have a clue’ Tom Rice,” Trump said in an official statement through his Save America PAC.
Trump’s Florence rally, which is taking place on Saturday, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. EST, will be held at the Florence Regional Airport and mark Trump’s third rally of the year so far this midterm season. He has previously held rallies in Arizona and Texas this year, and it looks like it will be a busy rally season as the midterms heat up.
Other speakers at the rally will include South Carolina GOP Chairman Drew McKissick, National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd, combat veteran Graham Allen, and football coach Lou Holtz.
The Save America rally on Saturday will be the 45th president’s first time returning to the state since campaigning for reelection in 2020.
“Big crowds at the Florence Regional Airport, starts at 7:00 p.m. ET. See you there!” Trump added.
Doors for the event will open at 2:00 p.m. EST and speakers will take the stage at 4:00 p.m. Trump will deliver his remarks at 7:00 p.m.
