An upcoming Bitcoin conference hosted in Tennessee later this month is set to have one very special guest: President Trump

News outlet Coindesk reported that President Trump is scheduled to make an appearance at the conference in Nashville, which will be held from July 25 to 27. Trump’s appearance at the upcoming conference is notable for his campaign and the conference, which will host cryptocurrency enthusiasts.

This is a good move for President Trump’s campaign as his enthusiasm for crypto can really grow his support. In fact, a poll conducted by Paradigm sought to understand what Republicans thought about crypto, and the results made one thing very clear: they embrace the financial freedom that it offers.

President Trump’s increased enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin, was highlighted when he posted on Truth Social, “Bitcoin mining may be our last line of defense against a CBDC.”

He added, “Biden’s hatred of Bitcoin only helps China, Russia, and the Radical Communist Left.”

President Trump has been pushing for the remaining Bitcoin to be made in the U.S. to beat China in the AI arms race. According to Nasdaq, leading up to the conference, he has been meeting with large U.S. Bitcoin miners like CleanSpark to pledge his support.

CNBC News reported that BTC Inc. CEO David Bailey supported President Trump’s pro-Bitcoin stance and revealed, “Our industry intends to make bitcoin and crypto a defining issue for the 2024 election,” and added, “We are committed to raising over $100 million and turning out more than 5,000,000 voters for the Trump reelection effort.”

President Trump’s speech at the upcoming conference will be a great opportunity to grow his campaign’s support.
