Trump would CRUSH Biden in a presidential rematch, new poll suggests

Amidst Joe Biden’s record-low approval rating within months of his presidency, a new poll suggests President Trump would dominate in a presidential rematch against Biden.

A new survey of 1,200 likely U.S. voters conducted by Rasmussen Reports revealed that 45 percent of voters would vote for Trump. Only 32 percent would choose Biden if a presidential election were held today.

Independents, who could sway the outcome of an election, would also strongly favor Trump if the election were held today. 47 percent of Independents are more likely to vote for Trump versus the 20 percent who claim they would cast their vote for Biden. 76 percent of Republicans would vote for Trump, and only 60 percent of Democrats would vote for Biden.

Biden appears to be losing popularity among his base as only 69 percent of Americans who voted for him in 2020 would recast their ballot for him in a rematch. In contrast, 83 percent of voters would remain loyal to Trump in a rematch.

Another recent poll conducted by Lee & Associates for President Trump’s Make America Great Again Committee showed Trump would lead Biden in the five swing states that Biden allegedly won in 2020. The states are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Although Trump has not officially announced if he plans to run in the 2024 presidential election, it’s likely that Trump will decisively defeat Biden in the next election cycle.
