Trump Media and Technology Group has announced an expansion of its live-streaming platform, Truth+, that will offer Americans access to family-friendly content and media.
According to TMTG, Truth+ launched on-demand content from Great American Media, the parent company of Great American Family, Great American Faith, and Great American Pure Flix, on Thursday.
Viewers can gain access to special content by subscribing to the Truth+ Patriot Package. Per TMTG, the catalogue includes movies, documentaries, and television shows.
“This is a fantastic addition to our programming. If you’re looking for non-woke entertainment that affirms American values and inspires families, Truth+ is the place for you,” said TMTG CEO and President Devin Nunes. “We look forward to further expanding our on-demand content from Great American and other outstanding networks in the near future.”
Americans are probably most familiar with the Great American Family channel, which is like Hallmark in its offering of family-friendly content, including rom-coms, Christmas films, and faith-filled or clean productions.
According to the GAM, the company was established in 2021. “Great American Media is home to a family-friendly portfolio of brands including Great American Family, Great American Pure Flix and Great American Faith & Living,” per the website.
The Patriot Package launched by TMTG is in beta testing now, according to TMTG’s press release, and is expected to be updated soon with “thousands of additional hours of content from Great American and other premium broadcasters.”
This is not the only announcement TMTG has made this week. As reported by RSBN, the media company also launched a significant AI expansion on Truth Social’s platform by partnering with AI company Perplexity.
Beta testing on the AI search engine feature began this week. It’s called “Truth Search AI” and is positioned to help Truth Social users search within the platform with the help of artificial intelligence assistance.
