President Donald Trump arrived on Tuesday afternoon at the Miami federal courthouse to face arraignment on an over-the-top 37 charges in an indictment related to a federal investigation into alleged “mishandling” of supposedly classified documents that were seized by the FBI last year in their raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Ahead of his arrival at the courthouse, countless supporters gathered outside to show their support for the 45th president of the United States and the chief political opponent to Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election.

Trump wrote on Tuesday, shortly before he arrived at the courthouse: “ONE OF THE SADDEST DAYS IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COUNTRY. WE ARE A NATION IN DECLINE!!!”

President Trump has risen to historic, all-time highs in the GOP presidential polls over the last few months, following his first arraignment in Manhattan, where he faces 34 felony counts related to allegedly “falsifying” business documents.

Trump has said that he will “NEVER YIELD,” in this fight against prosecutorial abuse.

He told a crowd of supporters on Saturday, “I put everything on the line. I will never yield, I will never be deterred – I will never stop fighting for you.”
