Weaponization of the Justice System – Act Three

According to multiple reports, special counsel Jack Smith has informed Donald Trump that he is a target of his investigation into the events surrounding the Jan. 6 riots in Washington D.C.

If Trump is indicted, this will be yet another example of election interference by Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Smith, and a weaponized Department of Justice.

The plan against Trump

By now, it is abundantly clear that Biden and his henchman have a plan in place to prevent Trump from challenging Biden or from running at all. The plan is simple yet sinister: indict Trump on various charges and in multiple jurisdictions, most of which are strongly anti-Trump, keep Trump busy during the primaries and general election, deplete him of funds, and try to prevent him from taking office by way of the Fourteenth Amendment.

As reported by Politico:

“In addition to the two cases Smith has mounted, he’s facing charges in Manhattan for allegedly falsifying business records to cover up a hush money payment scheme to a porn actress accusing him of an extramarital affair in 2016. And a district attorney based in Fulton County, Ga. has convened a grand jury that is expected to consider charging Trump and allies for efforts to subvert the 2020 election in Georgia.”

An indictment against Trump (and possibly others) in Washington D.C. reeks of political animus and bolsters the argument that Biden and his DOJ are weaponizing the justice system against the probable Republican nominee for president. After all, the timing of these indictments certainly raises eyebrows.

Specifically, Trump announced his candidacy for reelection in November of last year. Shortly thereafter, he was indicted in Manhattan and Miami and is facing additional possible indictments in Washington D.C., and Fulton County, Georgia.

The timing of the indictments is intentional

These indictments against a former president and the presumptive Republican nominee are purposeful. As Trump recently pointed out on Truth Social, “THE DEMOCRAT PROSECUTORS WAITED YEARS TO BRING CHARGES SO THAT THEY COULD INTERFERE WITH THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. THEY ARE GETTING, HOWEVER, BIG BLOWBACK!!!”

Trump is right. Biden and the Democrats are terrified that he will be reelected. They have weaponized the justice system to take him out of contention. There is no other reasonable explanation for what they are doing and why they are doing it now. After all, charges could have been brought long ago but were delayed to coincide with the upcoming election.

Trump knows this and recently Truthed the following:

“Do you think that A.G. Garland, and Deranged Jack Smith, understand that we are in the middle of a major political campaign for President of the United States? Have they looked at recent poll numbers? Why didn’t they bring these ridiculous charges years before – Why did they wait to bring them NOW – A virtually unheard of scenario? PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!”

Republicans must act

Unsurprisingly, despite the persecution of the presumed Republican nominee, most Republicans in the House and Senate have done little to push back. To date, they have failed to defund the agencies attacking Trump and have failed to impeach Biden, Garland, or any of the other actors in this alleged scheme. This is inexcusable.

Trump recently questioned this inaction and Truthed:

“Joe Biden is the most corrupt President in the history of the United States, which is being undeniably proven in the House of Representatives every single day. But with all of these horrible revelations and facts, why hasn’t Republican ‘leadership’ in the Senate spoken up and rebuked Crooked Joe Biden and the Radical Left Democrats, Fascists, and Marxists for their criminal acts against our Country, some of them against me. How long does America have to wait for the Senate to ACT?”

Trump is right. Americans are waiting. They are also taking notes as the elections get closer.
