President Donald Trump and DOGE leader Elon Musk gave a shared interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News Tuesday night, which revealed Musk’s dedication to supporting the 47th Commander-in-Chief.
Hannity noted that Musk is working for free and has become friends with Trump despite the president settling a lawsuit against Twitter, which was infamously bought and renamed X by Musk.
Trump explained that the lawsuit wasn’t against Musk but the company leadership before he took over, and Musk noted that he “left it up to the lawyers and the team running Twitter,” since the lawsuit did not involve activity that he was involved in.
He then declared, “I love the President. I just want to be clear about that.”
“I think President Trump is a good man,” he went on, stating, “The president’s been so unfairly attacked in the media. It’s truly outrageous.”
Musk added, “I’ve, at this point, spent a lot of time with the president, and not once have I seen him do something that is mean or cruel or wrong. Not once.”
Hannity admitted to his long-term friendship with Trump and all the struggles he had witnessed him face even before becoming president.
Then he noted the assassination attempt. Both Trump and Elon recalled that moment. It was a pivotal event for Elon Musk who publicly announced his endorsement of President Trump just minutes after the July assassination attempt in Pennsylvania, via RSBN.
Musk noted that he now offers free tech support for President Trump to ensure that the “will of the people” is carried out.
He said, “The president is the elected representative of the people. So he’s representing the will of the people, and if the bureaucracy is fighting the will of the people and preventing the president from implementing what people want, then what we live in is a bureaucracy and not a democracy.”
