The FBI is asking for help in identifying a “person of interest” in connection with the Wednesday assassination of Turning Point USA President and Founder Charlie Kirk, as a massive manhunt is underway to bring the perpetrator of this crime to justice.
The Salt Lake City FBI X account posted a photo of the following individual and noted that he was a “person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University”:

As reported by RSBN, as of Thursday morning, officials had little information about the potential assassin, other than what was captured on a closed-circuit TV.
But, thanks to exclusive reporting from “Louder with Crowder” host Steven Crowder, the public learned that a seized weapon – believed to belong to the suspected assassin – allegedly included engraved or internal “transgender and anti-fascist ideology” on the cartridges.
Reporting from the Wall Street Journal later confirmed this information, which was leaked from the ATF to Crowder’s team.
The FBI held a press conference Thursday morning, addressing the ongoing investigation and confirming that the agency had indeed recovered a weapon. FBI Special Agent Robert Bohls remarked, “We have recovered what we believe is the weapon that was used in yesterday’s shooting. It is a high-powered bolt-action rifle. That rifle was recovered in a wooded area where the shooter had fled.”
“Investigators have also collected [a] footwear impression, a palm print, and forearm imprints for analysis…as of this morning, we have received more than 130 tips. We thank the community for that,” he continued.
Anyone with information regarding the person of interest is urged to call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
