President Donald Trump discussed the snowy conditions in Iowa on Saturday night with the impending caucuses just around the corner, maintaining his unshakeable confidence that MAGA voters would do whatever it takes to caucus for him on Monday night.
The president’s remarks were delivered at a special town hall in Des Moines, where he sat down for a conversation with Iowa State Attorney General Brenna Bird and a room full of eager supporters.
He stated that he had been watching the news on his way to the state, explaining that the media was saying that Trump voters would “walk over glass” if necessary to caucus for the 45th president.
“They’re saying that the Trump voter’s coming to VOTE,” he added.
AG Bird agreed, replying, “I think you can tell the Trump voters is coming to vote…look at the enthusiasm here in the room…! They’re going to make it happen on caucus night.”
President Trump also pointed out that the MAGA voter had so much “spirit” and “dedication” headed into the nation’s first big primary contest.
