During the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos, President of Argentina Javier Milei decried socialism and collectivist plots to control the West.

He stated, “Today I’m here to tell you that the Western world is in danger. And it is in danger because those who are supposed to have to defend the values of the West are co-opted by a vision of the world that inevitably leads to socialism and thereby to poverty.”

Milei noted that this is due to the combined efforts of “well-meaning individuals” and those who “wish to belong to a privileged class.”

He warned, “The main leaders of the Western world have abandoned the model of freedom for different versions of what we call collectivism.”

“We are here to tell you that collectivist experiments are never the solution to the problems that afflict the citizens of the world, rather they are the root cause,” he declared.

He then noted that no one understands this better than Argentines.

The WEF’s annual meeting was held Monday through Wednesday this week. The event page claims it is “a time to drive global collaboration more than ever before.”

This is the same group that rolled out such campaigns as “You’ll own nothing and be happy.”

During that controversial campaign, the WEF also claimed that the United States will not be the leading world superpower by 2030 and predicted that just a few countries will “dominate” the world.

Just which countries this will be, they did not state, but opposition to the WEF has grown, and an organization opposing their agenda called the International Liberty Forum was formed.
