President Donald Trump arrived Tuesday afternoon to the courthouse in Manhattan for his scheduled arraignment, rolling up in style in a motorcade alongside his closest advisors and Secret Service security detail.

Here, Trump can be seen entering the Manhattan Criminal Court:

Multiple sources reported that Trump had stepped into the courthouse and had been officially “arrested” as he appeared before the judge presiding over the case for the 2:15 p.m. ET scheduled arraignment.

Per RSBN, it is possible that Trump could be facing up to 34 felony counts related to allegedly “falsifying” business records. At this time, the exact charges are still unknown.

Charlie Kirk, the president and founder of Turning Point USA, posted the following:

Just moments before arriving at the courthouse, the 45th president emerged from Trump Tower and raised a bold, defiant fist as onlookers captured his departure.

Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, remarked on Twitter, “Trump is now a political prisoner. Our system is broken.”

Trump wrote on Truth Social while he was headed to the courthouse this afternoon, calling on Americans to make the country great again: “Heading to Lower Manhattan, the Courthouse. Seems so SURREAL — WOW, they are going to ARREST ME. Can’t believe this is happening in America. MAGA!”

This is a developing story.
