President Donald Trump is set to return to the Hawkeye State on Saturday, amid the leadup to the rapidly approaching Iowa caucuses.

On Nov. 18, Trump will speak at a Team Trump Iowa Commit to Caucus Event in Fort Dodge, where he is scheduled to deliver remarks at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The event will take place at Fort Dodge High School. As reported by RSBN, Trump’s most recent visit to Iowa was just a few weeks ago in October, where he delivered remarks in Sioux City.

The president has been hitting the campaign trail hard in Iowa ahead of the Jan. 15, 2024, caucuses, which will kick off the GOP primary presidential election season in earnest. His hard work has paid off, according to the latest Republican primary polls.

Via Fabrizio, Lee & Associates, Trump has captured 43 percent of support in Iowa (Nov. 9-12), compared to Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., who had 19 percent. Since October, Trump has gained a point, and DeSantis has lost two points.

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is nearly neck-and-neck with DeSantis for a distant third with 16 percent support.

Fabrizio’s poll also illustrated that with South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott’s (R) vote reallocated (Sen. Scott dropped out of the presidential primary a few days ago), Trump jumped to 44 percent of support.
