President Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, attended his first-ever Trump rally on Tuesday at Trump National Doral Miami.
The 45th president proudly introduced his son, prompting the crowd to offer a standing ovation for the 18-year-old. President Trump remarked on his son’s academic achievements, telling the crowd that he “got into every college he wanted to and he made his choice.”
Trump noted that Barron Trump’s attendance was “the first time he’s ever done this” before asking him to stand up. He waved and fist-pumped the crowd, then proudly pointed toward his father on the stage.
President Trump shared photos of the moment his son received such a thunderous response from rallygoers, forever marking his entrance into the political realm as an adult.
Barron Trump’s choice for his college career is still unknown but will likely be revealed in the coming months. His level of involvement in his father’s political aspirations may also become more apparent leading up to the November election.
President Trump’s children, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Tiffany Trump, will show their support for their father’s reelection bid at the upcoming Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, which kicks off on July 15.
