President Trump and Joe Biden were both in New York City on Thursday but for completely different reasons. The 45th president paid his respects and visited the family of a 31-year-old NYPD police officer who was shot and killed by a career criminal during a routine traffic stop in Queens.

Biden attended an elitist fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall hosted by actress Mindy Kaling. Former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton were also in attendance at the $500,000 per ticket event.

Pro-Palestinian protestors camped outside the event, screaming, “Genocide Joe has got to go!” During the event, Biden’s speech was interrupted by a heckler shouting similar remarks.

The United States’ defense of Israel’s retaliatory efforts against Hamas has led to a loss of support for Biden among the most far-left wing of the Democratic Party, a faction that he most certainly needs in November.

In recent months, Democrats have faced confrontations from angry protestors during public events and within the halls of the Capitol.

Conservative radio host Sebastian Gorka posted a clip of the heckler on X, formerly Twitter, writing, “Hamas-lovers disrupt Biden-Obama-Clinton mega-donor event in NY.”

Conservative influencer Benny Johnson shared a video of the “MASSIVE presence of Anti-Biden protestors” outside of the music hall.

Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told Breitbart News, “President Trump will be honoring the life and legacy of Officer Diller and paying respects to his family, friends, and the NYPD for their terrible loss.”

He blasted Biden for ignoring Diller’s death, stating, “Meanwhile, the Three Stooges—Biden, Obama, and Clinton—will be at a glitzy fundraiser in the city with their elitist, out-of-touch celebrity benefactors.”

Former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik, an ardent supporter of President Trump, highlighted the 45th president’s attendance at Diller’s wake.

Kerik wrote, “Never in the history of our country has there been a president that was as supportive of our first responders then [sic] President Trump.”
