Despite the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk, conservatives are not backing down and will not be silenced—determined to become stronger than ever.

Turning Point USA (TPUSA), the organization founded by Kirk in 2012, has seen an increase of 32,000 requests to establish new college chapters across the country since the assassination, according to “The Charlie Kirk Show” executive producer and TPUSA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet.

TPUSA currently has 900 official college chapters, and roughly 1,200 high school chapters, or 3,500 total, according to Kolvet.

“Charlie’s vision to have a Club America chapter (our high school brand) in every high school in America (around 23,000) will come true much much faster than he could have ever possibly imagined” Kolvet wrote Sunday in a post to X.

In a separate post, Kolvet added, “This is the Turning Point.”

TPUSA has been a strong force for conservatives, having a presence across thousands of college and high school campuses. The organization has attempted to sway young voters to vote Republican, even using various media, including “The Charlie Kirk Show,” along with conferences and speeches across campuses nationwide to make inroads.

The organization is also credited with helping to contribute to President Donald Trump’s win in 2024, who won nearly half of the youth vote in the election, despite its historically blue nature.

Kirk, 31, was assassinated during his “American Comeback Tour” event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday afternoon, RSBN previously reported.

While engaging in a debate with a UVU student, Kirk was shot in the neck by a gunman from a nearby rooftop. He was quickly taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

After a days-long manhunt, law enforcement arrested 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson for the assassination.

In the wake of the assassination, President Donald Trump said he plans to attend Kirk’s funeral. Vice President JD Vance, a close friend of Kirk’s, accompanied his casket from Utah to Arizona aboard Air Force Two late Thursday.

Kirk’s wife, Erika Kirk, also offered her heartfelt gratitude to those who shared in her family’s pain in a message on Friday, reminding them that love, faith and family give strength in times of need.

She also noted that the killer has only ignited Charlie Kirk’s movement further, and that conservatives would not back down or be silenced.

“No one will ever forget my husband’s name, and I will make sure of it,” Mrs. Kirk declared after announcing that Turning Point USA will continue its fall campus tour, AmericaFest Conference and Charlie Kirk’s show. She urged everyone to join their cause and summed up his mission of “making Heaven crowded.”

She promised, “My husband’s mission will not end, not even for a moment.”
