House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has spoken out in the wake of Devon Archer’s enlightening testimony on Capitol Hill, stating that the former Biden business associate had “confirmed Joe Biden was the ‘brand’ that his son sold around the world to enrich the Biden family.”

On Fox News, Comer explained, “Every day, this bribery scandal becomes more credible. I mean, let’s look at what Devon Archer testified today [Monday]. He said that not only was Joe Biden on the phone over 20 times with people, including the Burisma executives talking about whatever, even though the president denied that he ever spoke to any of these people.”

The congressman continued, “He also said that Hunter Biden was under immense pressure while they both served on the Burisma board to call Washington D.C., immediately and try to get Shokin fired – that’s the Ukrainian prosecutor. And not many days later, Joe Biden traveled to Ukraine; and we’ve all seen the video where Joe Biden brags about withholding foreign aid to Ukraine in exchange for the Ukrainian president firing the prosecutor who was investigating his son’s corrupt energy company.”

On Fox News, host Sean Hannity played a flashback clip of Joe Biden bragging at the Council of Foreign Relations in 2018 that he had gotten Ukrainian Prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired.

Comer stated, “That’s a quid pro quo, Sean. It’s very illegal. We have evidence in this sworn testimony from that fellow Burisma board member that they were pressuring Hunter to immediately get on the phone with his father and get this stopped.”

Many Republicans have called for an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden in light of the disturbing allegations and explosive testimony that have now come forth about the Bidens’ vast business enterprises.

Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, wrote on Twitter, “I 100% SUPPORT an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden! What we’ve learned now is just the tip of the iceberg. His career of corruption knows no bounds. Biden has been a TRAITOR to our country for decades!!”

In May, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., proactively introduced articles of impeachment against Joe Biden in the House of Representatives.

“Archer testified that they [Bidens] were influence-peddling,” Comer told Hannity. “We’ve wondered what the business was. I suspected it was influence-peddling…they sold Joe Biden.”
