Saturday night’s Faith and Freedom Coalition crowd rocked the house with overwhelming cheers and applause when President Donald Trump vowed to “totally OBLITERATE the Deep State.”
The president’s remarks were delivered at the “Road to Majority” conference in Washington, D.C., where he touched on a variety of subjects, ranging from the chaos at the southern border to the indictments that he is facing in two different courts this year.
“When I get back into the Oval Office, I will TOTALLY OBLITERATE the Deep State,” he promised.
The crowd’s reaction to the president’s vow was thunderous, drawing the audience to their feet as they enthusiastically voiced their support for Trump’s desire to terminate corruption in D.C.
“Remember, we didn’t know if there was a Deep State. People would say, ‘Oh, I don’t know.’ Now about everybody thinks, ‘Yeah, there’s a Deep State.’”
The president has taken a hardline stance against Deep State corruption in his quest to reclaim the White House in 2024.
Last week, he introduced a new Agenda47 policy plan aimed at reigning in the power of the Washington establishment by resurrecting presidential “impoundment” authority.
Trump noted that impoundment was a “crucial tool with which to obliterate the Deep State, drain the swamp, and starve the warmongers – these people want wars all over the place; killing, killing, they love killing – and the globalists out of government.”
The president also told the audience that he would be America’s “peacemaker” as the world teeters on the brink of international conflict amidst the chaos of Russia and Ukraine’s ongoing war.
“Before I even arrive at the Oval Office, I will have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine TOTALLY settled,” he promised. “I’ll have it done within 24 hours…As the Bible says, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers.’ I will be your peacemaker; I WAS your peacemaker.”
